"Dream Woman"

A soft scent wafts by
Fragrance beyond compare
I open my eyes and look up
She stands before me
A radiant beauty before mine eyes
Smile like a goddess
Brightening my heart
Smile....
A smile I could lose myself in
Eyes of such depth
That the bottom is unreachable
A touch like the breeze
Soft and tender
I close my eyes
She remains before me
Her image burned into my mind's eye
A picture of beauty
Of perfection
A personality beyond compare
Cheering me when I am down
Making me smile despite myself
Warming to my heart
A laugh that tinkles
Like tiny little bells
I love to be with her
The brightest point of my days
Caring, loving
She takes care of me when I am down
Sensitive, emotional
She understands, and feels it herself
A pair we are
Whether meant to be or not
A pair we shall remain
Easing each others' troubles
Pain and sorrows
No matter what happens
I shall be there for her
Througout time
Just a heartbeat away
